Overlooking the awe inspiring Sahyadri range, the Zavar holiday home exhibits a vista impeccable and coherent with its surrounding natural topography, blending in seamlessly into the terrain, creating an architectural poetry, palliative to the spectator’s eye and tranquilising to the dwellers within. 

Following a terraced plan, the house overflows from bedrooms on the topmost level into the living spaces at the midlevel followed by the social spaces at the lowest level.

A water wall mimics this impression commencing as an infinity pool adjacent to the  Jacuzzi at the master bedroom on the third level flowing into the swimming pool below.

Tiered landscape melts away into the valley kissing the sunset a warm adieu into the night celebrating the North west orientation off the villa.
